Hey there! I’m Yasmari, the founder and licensed esthetician behind Room 1 Skin Lab. My path to skincare started with my own skin concerns, which inspired me to become a licensed esthetician back in 2021. Navigating those personal frustrations made me realize just how overwhelming the skincare world can be and it gave me a genuine passion to help others feel confident in their own skin, too. Because of that, I like to keep things simple and stress free. You won't find an overwhelming 10-page treatment menu here. At Room 1, I focus entirely on the Room 1 Bespoke Facial. We don't do cookie cutter routines; instead, we look at your skin and build a bespoke, results driven treatment on the spot for your exact goals that day. My private, one-on-one studio is a comfortable space where you can hit reset, relax, and leave with a healthy, fresh glow. I can't wait to welcome you to Room 1!"
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life is unpredictable and things come up unexpectedly. However, to respect my time and scheduling, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total. If you book a same-day or next-day appointment, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid the fee. This policy also applies to no-shows, and the fee will be charged to the card on file. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
